I (Tracey) have grown to love grad photography in the last two years. In fact, working with Grads is something I love doing.
I enjoy meeting their families and trying to get know their personalities. I enjoy creating images that represent the closing of such a large chapter in their lives. While at the same time, opening another. It has a lot of meaning for each family. For parents I know it’s so exciting to see what their children have been able to achieve. I have no doubt these graduates will achieve much more as they head into adulthood!
Camrose Grad Photography
Now that spring has sprung, Camrose Grad Photography season has arrived! The first session with Madison Zimmer (gallery below) couldn’t have been any more perfect. Spring in Alberta can bring a lot of interesting weather. The morning of this session there was a light covering of snow in Daysland. But, by the evening the sun had come back out, the ground was dry and there were some pretty amazing skies to work with. Looking at the pictures I think you’ll agree that she is a beautiful young woman, she was also up for anything. We roamed and climbed all around her families acreage to create her portraits. For me, that flexibility and desire to explore is a pretty important attribute to have in a client!
Today the Daysland grads celebrate completing their grade 12 year. While they do, we celebrate them and all the grads who will reach such an important milestone this year. As a community we are proud of your accomplishments!
We still have some availability for grad photography. Often, we find that the summer is a great time for these portraits! Inquire today (click here) if you would like to book a session with us.
