Tracey and I had an opportunity to spend some time photographing the new space at Kristen Hunter Events and Decor last week and we loved every minute of it.
Kristen was kind enough to put up with us as we set up all kinds of gear and rearranged her showroom. She even let us take a few new headshots for her (just for fun).
If you haven’t been to KH Events and Decor since she moved, you really should go check it out. Walking into the showroom you feel comfortable, almost like you were walking into your own living room (if your living room was professionally decorated).
While we were taking photographs I started asking Kristen about her business, what’s common for her customers and how she likes to help them plan their big day.
She said it’s common for a bride coming in to feel completely overwhelmed by the enormity of trying to plan a wedding and that’s why she does what she does.
I get the feeling that if you need help planning your special day and end up spending some time with Kristen Hunter you won’t feel the same stress when you walk out the doors as you did when you entered. Instead you will probably find that she has taken the time to understand what your day is going to be like, and given you a bunch of different options based on your style.
But here’s what I think is the best part. She does a custom mock up of the designs you have in your head when you do your initial (free) consultation. That way you get to go back to the showroom and see what your wedding tables will look like way before the big day. Awesome!
