“Black Barn sits near the banks of Pipestone creek, surrounded by 454 acres of working farmland. The barn itself is enveloped by manicured grass and set within acres of golden wheat and canola. Black Barn’s aesthetic is characterized by the simplicity, open design, and functionality ingrained from our Swiss and Scandinavian heritage. We lovingly preserved the historic architecture of the classic gambrel roof barn of a 1950’s-era dairy, while completely remodeling the interior into a modern and luxurious event facility.”
What we love about weddings at Black Barn
This is truly one of the most well laid out wedding venues! Black Barn is divided into several unique spaces: The historic barn that leads to a large open air patio with views of a southern vista; Manicured lawns, lush trees, and working gardens; Multiple ceremony and photo locations sheltered by trees and with gorgeous views of the field and creek. It also features beautiful suites for BOTH the bride and groom to get ready in the morning. The Black Barn wedding venue has everything you want and we love capturing weddings here!
